Terms and Conditions

v Joining Advance amount is 4000/ (Four Thousand Rupees only)

v PG rent should be paid on/or before 05^th of every month.

v Once taken payment will not be refunded at any cause.

v Management is not responsible for the loss of any property/belongings like Cash, Jewellery, Mobiles and Luggage etc... At any cause.

v Please switch-off all the electrical appliances like water heater, air extinguisher, lights and fans when not in use.

v At the time of vacating PG we are charging an amount of 1000/- (one thousand rupees only), this amount will be deducted from the advance paid at the time of joining towards maintenance charges.

v Iron box, Electrical cookers etc. are not allowed inside the PG.

v The notice period for vacating the PG is 20(twenty) days.

(If you want to vacate the PG the hostel management should be informed about this in advance of 20 days,)

If not informed the deposit/advance will not be refunded.

v Guest accommodation with food/without food is Rs: 200/-(Two hundred rupees only) per day

v Guest Breakfast cost Rs: 25/-(Twenty five rupees only) per breakfast.

v Guest Meals cost Rs: 40/-(Forty rupees only) per meal.

v  After 10:00 PM outers are not allowed into the PG.
